Makeup I Have Been Loving..

I wanted to share some of my favorite makeup products with you guys. I started to think about my favorites, and I realized I've been using the same products everyday for a while now for the same makeup routine. Obviously I must love these products if I am using them so much! So I thought I would quick share all the products I use in my daily makeup routine!! Enjoy...

First I start out with a moisturiser. I have been using Aveeno Positively Radiant for a while now, and it has made my skin tone so even. This lotion is also an amazing skin primer, for smooth foundation application. You can buy this moisturiser for around six dollars at any drug store.

Next I apply my foundation. My favorite as previously stated in one of my blog posts is, MAC Pro Long wear Foundation in NC25. I did a review on this before, but I will say it again. This foundation truly does last all day. It's very light weight with great coverage, and doesn't look dry or heavy. This foundation will cost you about thirty dollars depending on where you live.

If I need it, I then add Concealer.  I don't really have any blemishes (knock on wood), But I do use it for under-eye circles for those mornings where I didn't get enough sleep the night before. I love MAC studio sculpt concealer ( I use it in NC20) The formula is very creamy & glides on easily. You can also use this concealer on the eye lids for an eyeshadow base. This concealer will you run you around sixteen dollars.

I then add a setting powder. As you can see by the picture I use this powder so much! I am obsessed with MAC Mineralize Skin Finish Natural (I use it in Medium Plus) It's great for setting foundation and giving you that flawless airbrush finish. Mineralize Skinfinish will last you a very long time, so it's worth the price of twenty six dollars.

Here comes the fun part, EYESHADOW. I don't use eyeshadow everyday. If I do, I use this Two Faced Natural Eyes Palette. There are so many looks you can create with this palette, and the eye shadows stay on all day. Also these eye shadows are very pigmented for amazing results.  I also have been using the darkest brown in the palette with an angled brush to use as eye liner, it looks subtle for day time looks. This palette is very worth the price of thirty four dollars.

Lately I have been loving Loreal's Extra Volume Collagen mascara. It builds great volume. I wouldn't buy it if you look for tons of length, but again it's great at making lashes looking very voluminous. You can find this at most drug stores for around six dollars.

Now. on to blush. This is a sheer tone blush, and has an amazing sheer peach tone. It's one of my favorite MAC blushes not only because it's from Hello Kitty, but also because of the amazing subtle color! The name of this blush is, Fun & Games. It was part of MAC's Hello Kitty line which is no longer available.

.... Last, but not least is lipstick. For work I love to wear a nude lip color that lasts all day so that I don't have to constantly reapply. Lately I have been loving Revlon's Nude attitude (001) from there matte line. I thought the matte line would be drying on my lips, but it's actually very light weight and not drying at all. You can find this lipstick from nearly any drugstore for about five dollars.

That's the Makeup products I have been loving lately. I hope you enjoyed the blog post, and get to try some of the products yourself! Let me know what you think of them!!!

                                          Love Always,

  1. I hadn't tried the mineralize skin finish until just recently, and I love it too! I have no idea what I was waiting for because I've heard nothing but great things about it & in my opinion the hype is all true. Have you tried Revlon's Soft Nude? The nude attitude looks interesting, might have to give it a go.
